<p>An electronically-controlled mailbox for multiple households, which has a closed structure, increases security and convenience, and reduces an installation space, is provided. The electronically-controlled mailbox includes a plurality of entrance openings (2) arranged at predetermined intervals in horizontal and vertical directions; a plurality of receiving boxes (8), which slant backward behind the respective entrance openings (2) and overlap each other in the vertical direction; a discharge unit, which is operated by electricity to discharge mail from each receiving box; a passage (9), through which mail discharged from each receiving box drops down; an exit opening (3), which receives the dropping mail so as to allow a user to take out the mail; and a control panel (6), which allows a password to be set for each of the receiving boxes (8) and allows a password to be input to operate the discharge unit of a receiving box.</p> |
