<p>The invention relates to a device (601) which is used to detect a piece of information and, in particular, to detect if a threshold (S) has been exceeded by measuring a parameter. The invention is characterised in that it comprises locally: means of identifying the information (3, 4); means of accumulating potential energy; and means of releasing the aforementioned potential energy when the information appears and of using said energy to send the information in the form of a visual, radio and/or audible signal to a body observing the structure. The inventive device can be used to monitor structural deformations or to detect an intrusion into a building.</p> |
