PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to make a user easily check the time for cleaning a foreign material-filtering device with naked eye. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine has a foreign material-filtering device(30) to filter foreign materials of a water current rising through a rise guide duct(20) of the inside of a rotating tub(12). A dust collection-discriminating device(40) is disposed to the foreign material-filtering device, to check the time for cleaning the foreign material-filtering device with naked eye when the quantity of the collected foreign materials is small. The dust collection-discriminating device includes a deformation portion(41) pushed by the foreign materials collected in the foreign material-filtering device and projected to the outside of the foreign material-filtering device. |
