A resin composition AA which comprises an aliphatic polyester or aliphatic polyamide ingredient A, a plastic having a melting point or glass transition temperature of -10°C or higher ingredient B, and a radical generator C, wherein the proportions of the ingredient A, ingredient B, and radical generator C are as follows, based on the total amount of these: ingredient A, 1 to 98.995 wt.% ingredient B, 98.995 to 1 wt.% and radical generator C, 0.005 to 5 wt.%, and at least one of the ingredients A and B is made up of units comprising ones derived from an aliphatic unsaturated polybasic acid.
