PURPOSE: A method for forming a community using an e-mail magazine is provided to promote the voluntary participation of a user by making the user check the contents of the e-mail magazine with an opinion of the user and having an input field to express the opinion in real-time. CONSTITUTION: An e-mail address inputted from a user computer connecting to an e-mail magazine server through the Internet is stored(S220). The e-mail magazine including the user opinion input field is forwarded to the e-mail address(S230). The transmission of the user opinion for the forwarded e-mail magazine is requested from an e-mail client. The user opinion is read from a database and is transmitted to the client(S250). The user opinion is received and stored in the database(S270).
