PURPOSE: The process of manufacturing a fire door is provided to minimize the time and the manpower of manufacture by using a single material, and increase productivity, and the durability and the outer appearance of the product. CONSTITUTION: The process of manufacturing a fire door is composed of: a door side(11) where a fire door is installed; a square access space(12) where the sleeve of the fire door or a packing is inserted; another square access space(13) perpendicularly adjacent to the access space: a projection(13) finishing the square access space(13); an indoor side(15) forming the part of the projection(13); finishing parts(16,17) bent from the door side and the indoor side, and fixed to a wall. The process of manufacturing a fire door contains: creating the square access space(12); creating another square access space(13) and the projection(14); finishing the projection(14); forming the door side(11), the indoor side(15) and the finishing parts(16,17).
