CONSTITUTION: The system for estimating the speaking of a foreign language comprises: a central computer device (100) for making, managing, and transmitting a question; a question data storing device (110) for storing a plurality of multimedia questions; a question reproducing terminal device (140) for reproducing multimedia questions and transmitting a voice answer and a picture answer; a mike (142); a camera (141); a speaker (143); a data processing device (145) for converting the recorded voice and the recorded picture into data to transmit; an answer data storing device (160) for storing a picture answer and a voice answer; an estimating computer device (150) for estimating the picture answer and the voice answer. Thereby, it is possible to perform an actual English estimation.
