PURPOSE: A process for producing a weatherproof resin is provided which improves low-temperature impact resistance by mixing ASA resin with large-particle-size acrylate rubber and graft ABS resin having high low-temperature impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: producing cross-linked large-particle-size acrylate rubber by using acrylate monomer and ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate cross-linking agent without emulsifier; increasing the rubber particle by using butylacrylate monomer, cross-linking agent and grafting agent; grafting styrene and acrylonitrile monomer on the rubber.
