CD container comprises two coupled rotation knobs (4) that are linked via a gear wheel mechanism to operate an ejection shaft. Arranged in a screw fashion around the shaft are ejection lugs with associated ejection levers. Each lug-lever combination acts to eject a CD so that it can be viewed. Each rotation position of the shaft causes ejection of a number of CDs so that they can be viewed and selected.
