<p>By using code information, it is possible to easily and surely realize attraction to an interactive medium. Two-dimensional code information is issued by a code issuing server system (10) according to a request. The two-dimensional code information issued is received by an advertiser server system (20). The two-dimensional code information received is managed by an advertiser server (21). The two-dimensional code information is imaged by a mobile telephone (30) having an image pickup function using a CCD camera. A web address contained in the two-dimensional code information imaged is acquired. By using the web address acquired, a web page is accessed via the Internet (40). According to the access from the mobile telephone (30), the advertiser server system (20) provides information to the mobile telephone (30) via the Internet (40).</p> |
