The invention is characterized in that the pump body (2) comprises an outer portion (16) forming a sealing closure between the pump body and the reservoir nozzle and the pump body includes an annular projection (23) extending inwards, moulded in one single piece, while the piston includes an annular stop (34) co-operating with the annular projection to define a released position of the piston.</p> |
