A threaded bar (2) and a pipe section (3) are both cut into the right length. The diameter of the threaded bar is reduced at the front (5), covered with an adhesive mixed with quartz sand (6), and inserted into the pipe section (3). Both parts (3, 5) are pressed together with an hydraulically or pneumatically operated device. The end of the steel rope (4) is inserted into the free end of the pipe section (3). The connection is also shaped in a hydraulically or pneumatically operated device while turning the endpiece (1) between the individual steps of the process.
