PURPOSE: A device for reducing noise of a vehicle is provided to reduce the noise with low cost and improve the exhaust speed by being easily mounted at an exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION: In an exhaust system including a connection pipe transferring an exhaust gas exhausted from an engine, a muffler reducing the noise and the temperature of the exhaust gas, and an exhaust pipe discharging the exhaust gas, whose noise and temperature are reduced, to the outside, a noise reducing device(40) is reduce the noise with the muffler with being mounted at the exhaust pipe. The noise reducing device comprises a cylindrical bracket(41) having both opened sides and a permanent magnet(42) for mounting at the exhaust pipe positioned at one side opening thereof, connecting pins(43) installed at the inside of both openings of the cylindrical bracket, and a plurality of propellers(44) installed between the connecting pins.
