<p>A headrest connector system comprises a connector (8) for mounting on the headrest and pluggable into a seat connector (10) having a stationary tubular housing (34) that slidably receives a mobile connector (36) therein. The headrest connector has camming studs (28) that engage camming surfaces (50) on resilient latches (48) of the mobile connector during plugging. Engagement of the cams (28,50) releases the latches (48) such that the mobile connector is slideably movable down the tube (55) in the seat for height adjustment of the headrest. <IMAGE></p> |
