<p>A nonwoven fabric comprises background portion with at least one integral three-dimensional raised pattern portions projecting out of the background, where the background and raised portions have similar basis weight and densities. Also claimed is transition region between the background and raised portions having a different basis weight and includes first portion with a lower and second portion a higher basis weight, the first portion comprising a number of parallel fibre bundles twisted and turned upon each other and connected to the background with the second portion connected to the raised portion.</p> |
