<p>A strength-resistance machine includes a support frame (1) including a pair of spaced vertically extending slide bars (7), and a support structure including a slide block (10) having sliding engagement with each of said vertically extending slide bars (7). Each of the support structures includes a horizontally extending slide bar (15). There is a generally horizontal training bar (17), handgrips (18) movable longitudinally of the training bar (17), and slide blocks (16) at the ends of the training bar (17).
