<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fermented feed product having high nutritive value for a short period and a long period by mixing dry pasture with leftovers of food, subjecting the resultant product to anaerobic fermentation and vacuum packaging the resultant product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the fermented feed having the dry pasture as the raw material comprises holding in a sealed fermentation tank 10-80% (mass) of the dry pasture or dry ensilage and 90-20% (mass) of the leftovers of food, stirring the resultant product followed by adjusting a fermentation condition and subjecting the resultant product to the anaerobic fermentation and then vacuum packaging the fermented feed thus obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
