<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing a 3,4-dihydro-2(1H)- quinazolinone derivative, capable of being suitably used for producing the derivative which is useful as a remedy for urinary frequency/incontinence in an industrial scale. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, the compounds expressed by general formulae (3) (X is an eliminating group; Y is an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a cycloalkylalkyl, phenyl, a substituted phenyl, an aralkyl, a substituted aralkyl, a heteroaryl or a substituted heteroaryl; and L is a protective group for an amino) and (4) are produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
