PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass base body with a colored film which can be recycled as a cullet raw material and which has moisture resistance and water resistance and a liquid composition for forming the colored film and further to provide a method for manufacturing the glass base body with the colored film. SOLUTION: In the glass base body with the colored film which is constituted of the glass base body and an oxide film covering a base body surface, the oxide film comprises at least two kinds of alkali metal oxides, silicon oxide and a colorant. Further the liquid composition for forming the colored film comprises at least two kinds of alkali silicon oxides, silicon oxide and the colorant consisting essentially of carbon.
