PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a vehicle truck structure and to reduce the weight thereof while employing a traction system by a tractor on a highway. SOLUTION: The wheel truck 15 having front wheels 14 with the steering function and the mobile function is attachable/detachable to/from a vehicle truck 1, the wheel truck 15 is detached from the vehicle truck 1 when traveling on a highway in a traction mode, while being attached to the vehicle truck 1 when traveling at site or the like in a mobile manner.
