PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a holding device for a cargo chamber of an automobile variably, which is provided with an at least partially flexible container pocket, which can be fixed to the cargo chamber. SOLUTION: The end sections of the container pocket 9, which are opposed to each other, have support members 10 which have a stable shape and extend the same length as those of side sections, which can be made to at least correspond to each other, and the support members 10 can be fixed to the inside of the holders (from 3 to 3d) on the cargo chamber side in the end section on the sides opposite to each other so as to be removable, and the support members stable in their shape are connected to each other by flexible and foldable members 13, which extend into at least the bottom section of the container pocket.
