PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control, when an unusual condition is caused in one of stabilizer control units on a front wheel side and a rear wheel side, the other stabilizer control unit with a regulation changed in response to the content of the unusual condition, in a stabilizer device containing the stabilizer control units for controlling the elastic force of stabilizer bars of a front wheel side and a rear wheel side. SOLUTION: When the unusual condition that the damping force generating condition is fixed is generated in a front wheel side stabilizer control unit 20, the rear wheel side stabilizer control unit 22 is operated to generate the damping force, and when the unusual condition that the elastic force generating condition is fixed is generated in the front wheel side stabilizer control unit 20, the ordinary control is done in the rear wheel side stabilizer control unit 22.
