PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cotton in which one side surface is formed of a thin flexible vinyl. SOLUTION: The cotton (1) lined with the vinyl cloth comprises the thin and flexible vinyl (2) brought into contact with one side surface thereof so that an edge of the vinyl is compressed, adhered and integrated together with the cotton (1).
