PLASTIC MULTI-LAYER CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic multi-layer container which has a low oxygen permeability and can effectively prevent the container from being deformed during hot filling of the content or cooling stage following it. SOLUTION: The plastic multi-layer container 1 is characterized by comprising inner and outer layers comprising a thermoplastic polyester and an oxygen absorbing layer between the inner and outer layers and degrees of crystallinity of the inner and outer layers in at least container body part 4 being 30-55%. It is possible to prevent the container from being deformed and to improve barrier properties and to prevent performances of the oxygen absorbing layer from being deactivated by making the degrees of crystallinity of the inner and outer layers 30-55%.
