PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance quality in a trunk room. SOLUTION: In this trunk lid opening/closing device comprising lower brackets 22 fitted to right and left sides of a trunk room opening, upper brackets 24 fitted to a lower surface of a trunk lid 23 to cover the trunk room opening facing the lower brackets 22, and a front link 25 and a rear link 26 to connect the brackets 22 and 24 with both ends thereof turnably fitted to the lower brackets 22 and the upper brackets 24 in which the front link 25 and the rear link 26 are directed substantially in the vertical direction when the trunk lid is fully opened, and the front link 25 and the rear link 26 are gradually collapsed toward a vehicle body front part side as the trunk lid 23 is closed, a fully closed stopper 32 is provided on the front link 25 so that the fully closed stopper 32 is made to abut on a head part of an adjustment bolt 31 of the lower brackets 22 when the trunk lid is fully closed.
