PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally change a discharging amount of an aggregate without using a quantity adjusting board with one gate and to easily drain water contained in the aggregate of an aggregate storing tank 1. SOLUTION: Since discharge is carried out with an elastic gate 3 comprising an elastic body, a size of an aperture area of a discharge part can be optionally varied by varying a pressing amount of a gate pressing means 4, and an optimum discharge amount of the aggregate can be adjusted. Further, since the gate has elasticity, by providing a water draining means 4 capable of draining water by adjusting a size of a clearance of a joined surface of the gate, water contained in the aggregate of the aggregate storing tank 1 can be easily removed.
