PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that printing is resumed under an insufficient slack condition to deteriorate printing quality if a counter countering numbers of rotation of the sending roller is reset when sending the tube 4 is stopped for cutting the printed tube 4 with a cutter provided on a printing device 1 in drawing out the tube 4 from a reel 3 and printing on the same by the printing device 1 in which the tube 4 is drawn out by the sending roller of a sending device 2 and slack amount is increased by increasing sending speed until the sending roller rotates a designated numbers of rotation when slack amount of the tube 4 between a carrying roller and the sending roller of the printing device 1 is decreased. SOLUTION: Types of carrying stop are classified in one due to printing completion and others. The counter is not reset except stop due to printing completion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
