PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a pocket tissue by enabling a less-expensive and convenient home-use tissue to be used through a compact portable case when a user goes out of a home. SOLUTION: This portable case is a bag-like case which is similar to the prior art external bag for a pocket tissue. Its size corresponds to a home-use tissue size folded into two segments. Its material quality is selected as raw material applied for usual usage. The bag is provided with a supplemental port in its lateral direction, i.e., at one of the longitudinal sides of the bag. The tissue case can be carried out under a state that the bag is folded in three segments or two segments by a fixing element.
