PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device for vehicle towing to be used without causing a breakdown in a lower skirt even in a case of pulling a low-down designed vehicle or an aero-designed vehicle. SOLUTION: This connecting device 20 for vehicle towing is formed of a rigid arm 21 provided with a lock part 22 for a vehicle C1 to be pulled at one end thereof and formed with a latch part H2 for a pulling vehicle C2 at the other end thereof. The arm 21 is formed by bending to be projected downward when connecting the vehicle C1 to be pulled and the pulling vehicle C2 to each other through the arm 21 to avoid the generation of interference between an intermediate part of the arm 21 and the lower skirt B2 of the vehicle C1 to be pulled when operating towing.
