PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a park golf starting base that has no harmful influence on natural environment and a surrounding view of course and is excellent in weather resistance and recyclable after use. SOLUTION: The park golf starting base 1 is provided with artificial grass 3 on a frame 2. The frame 2 comprises composite wood integrally formed by mixing of wood particles obtained by crushing wood to a render particles size of 20 meshes or less with a thermoplastic.
