LIGHTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE MONITORING CAMERA

PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for a vehicle monitoring camera is provided to reduce the maintenance cost by operating lighting lamps only when the lighting lamps are normal. CONSTITUTION: Two lighting lamps(510a,510b) emit visible rays and infrared rays when a shutter of a vehicle monitoring camera is operated. A plurality of trouble sensing units(520a) sense troubles of the lighting lamps. A control unit(530) transmits a lighting operation command signal to alternately emit light of the two lighting lamps according to a vehicle sensing signal when the two lighting lamps operate normally. If one of the lighting lamps is out of order, the control unit transmits the lighting operation command signal to operate the other lighting lamp.
