<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soup stock extraction apparatus capable of performing the extraction of a soup stock component and the solid-liquid separation of a soup stock raw material and an extractant in the same apparatus and excellent in workability and extraction efficiency, and to provide a method for selling this extraction apparatus capable of being purchased by a user without anxiety on the basis of high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The extraction apparatus is constituted so as to extract the soup stock component from the soup stock raw material and equipped with an extraction container equipped with a stirrer, a liquid circulating device arranged outside the extraction container to control the injection of a liquid in the extraction container and the discharge of the extractant, a heater arranged around the wall surface of the extraction container, a lid hinged to the bottom of the extraction container in an openable and closable manner and a filtering metal net provided to the lid to filter the soup stock raw material liquid. In the method for selling this soup stock extraction apparatus, the difference between an extraction ratio in a case using the extraction apparatus and an extraction ratio in a case using an existing extraction apparatus is calculated, and a user having purchased the soup stock extraction apparatus pays a predetermined ratio of the reduction amount of a raw material cost based on the difference to a seller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
