PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-laminated metal plate for a container having moldability, adhesive properties, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance after content filling and retort sterilizing treatments required for working the container. SOLUTION: The film-laminated metal plate for the container comprises a polyester resin film having two layers of an upper layer of a resin film of a biaxially stretched polyester resin film containing a polyester having a relaxation time T1ρof a 1,4-benzene ring carbon of 50 ms by a solid state high resolving power NMR as a main ingredient and a thickness of 10 to 30μm and a lower layer of a polyester resin film having a thickness of 2 to less than 5μm of an ethylene telephthalate unit of an ester repeating unit of 75 to 95%, laminated on a surface of the metal plate.
