PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a mold for precision casting, having high non-defective ratio in the cast product for a short time. SOLUTION: In the method for preparing the mold for precision casting with a lost wax method, on the surface of a wax pattern, a first layer is formed by using alkaline ammonia base slurry, and in this case, a second layer is formed by using an acidic acetic acid base slurry. As the other way, a first layer is formed by using the acidic acetic acid base slurry, and in this case, a second layer is formed by using the alkaline ammonia base slurry and thereafter, each layer on and after a third layer, is formed as the back-up layer.
