PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling apparatus in view of the fact that when raising seedlings in each small raising seedling pot of a seedling box which is usually put on an under tray in a field, holes set on the conventional under tray are large enough to correspond to the whole bottom of the raising seedling pots and the roots of the seedlings extend in all directions from the large holes set on the under tray and intertwine with each other in the field, thus when peeling the under tray off from the ground after growth, cutting the roots extending in all directions in the ground becomes a hard job with bad working efficiency. SOLUTION: This raising seedling apparatus is composed of the seedling box 7 having a plurality of raising seedling pots 71... each with a gap 73 or a hole 73a formed on the bottom, and the under tray 76 to put the seedling box 7 thereon. Through-holes 80... each having a lower part with an opening area smaller than that of an upper part are formed on a position corresponding to the bottom of each of the raising seedling pots 71... of the under tray 76.
