PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jib storing device suitable for a telescopic boom 30 with the R-shaped polygonal section, capable of overhanging/storing a jib 40 while the telescopic boom 30 is totally contracted. SOLUTION: The jib storing device has a first jib storing means 60 disposed on the base end side of a base end boom between the jib 40 stored in a side surface part 35 of the base end boom and the base end boom 31, and a second jib storing means 70 disposed on the tip side of the base end boom. The second jib storing means 70 comprises fixed bosses 74 and 75 on the end boom side disposed on the side surface part of the base end boom, fixed bosses 77 and 78 on the jib side disposed on a side surface part of the jib, fixing pins 71 and 72 supported movably in the direction orthogonally crossing the axial line of the telescopic boom 30 along the side surface part 35 of the base end boom, and a fixing pin driving hydraulic cylinder 73 for driving the fixing pins.
