<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quick-setting cement concrete which shows reduced shrinkage at drying and is thereby free from the generation of cracks caused by the shrinkage and which exhibits a stable strength and durability for a long period, and to provide a method of producing the same and a prelining construction method using the quick-setting cement concrete. <P>SOLUTION: Quick-hardening concrete contains a quick-hardening material comprising calcium aluminate and calcium sulfate, a liquid setting control agent including an alkali metal carbonate and organic acids, cement, and a high water-retention aggregate. Quick-setting concrete is obtained by mixing the quick-hardening concrete and a liquid quick-setting material. The method of producing the quick-setting concrete comprises preparing the quick-hardening concrete, and then mixing the quick-hardening concrete with the liquid quick-setting material during sending the quick-hardening concrete under pressure. The prelining construction method comprises after preparing the quick-hardening concrete, sending the quick-hardening concrete to a place to be placed under pressure, further mixing the quick-hardening concrete with the liquid quick-setting material at the front of a facing to obtain the quick-setting concrete, and filling and placing the quick-setting concrete in an excavation groove formed along the outer peripheral of the facing so as to constitute a concrete lining body in front of the facing, in order to apply prelining on the outer peripheral surface of a tunnel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
