PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a mechanical seal by preventing early deterioration of an oil seal, to make no fine beads penetrate into the bolt holes of installing bolts and to enable a product to be discharged from a product discharge pipe without giving a large fluid resistance to the product. SOLUTION: A contact seal surface 68 is provided on a passage surface 2a of a rotor 2 and a protection ring 69 abutting to the seal surface is provided on the passage surface 66a of a shaft bearing part 66.
