摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic manipulator for an endoscope for treating in a somatic cavity by controlling the manipulator outside a body, while utilized together with the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The therapeutic manipulator is provided with a transmitter member 71 with a flexible structure to be controllable outside the body, a push rod 20 connected to a distal end portion of the transmitter member, a first and a second connector members 22, 23 pivotally coupled to the push rod, a first and a second arm members 24, 25 each coupled to a distal end portion of the respective connector members, a holder member 18 which pivotally holds the respective arm members in a prescribed interval, and a first and a second operation members 16, 17 which are formed in one piece with respective arm members 24, 25 and are mutually openable/closable when the transmitter member 71 actuates the first and the second connector members 22, 23 and the first and the second arm members 24, 25 through the push rod 20, while a hook 34 for pricking a living tissue is mounted at least on one side of the first and the second operation members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
