摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of members containing a suspension arm by forming fitting holes of two vibration control bushes provided in front and rear of a suspension arm in the nearly vertical direction, and to improve the assembling workability of the suspension mechanism containing the suspension arm without hindering the arm rocking operation characteristic, the vibration control performance and the travelling stability in a suspension mechanism for an automobile. SOLUTION: The vibration control bush 32 installed in at least one of two installation holes 18 and 18 provided in the suspension arm 12 and extended in the vertical direction of a vehicle is provided with specified bores 54a-54d extended, while passing through a main body rubber elastic body 38 in the axial direction thereof, a pair of slit grooves 66 and 66 opened in both axial directional end surfaces of the main body rubber elastic body 38 and extended in the circumferential direction, and a large diameter part 40 projecting to the peripheral side at a central part in the axial direction of an inner shaft member 34. After forming the main body rubber elastic body 38 by vulcanization, the pair of slit grooves 66 and 66 are crushed in the radial direction by shrinking diameter of an outer cylindrical fitting 36.
