PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a massage instrument which can efficiently massage with variable flexibility irrespective of a difference of thicknesses of respective lower legs. SOLUTION: Medical treatment grooves 25 of a base body (massage instrument body) 20 are formed in the same widths. A medical treatment unit 21 for the lower leg and a medical treatment unit 22 for the upper leg are aligned in parallel along a longitudinal direction of the grooves 15. The part of the lower leg toward the unit 21 for treating a leg ankle part of remote side as compared with the unit 2 for treating the knee side part of a near side to a heart of the lower leg of the-human body to be contained in the grooves 25 more frequently uses a plurality of treatment bags provided therein, and the plurality of the bags 26, 27 are provided to be superposed on each other.
