POWDERY AND GRANULAR MATERIAL SUPPLY EQUIPMENT TO REACTION FURNACE AND ITS OPERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a powdery and granular material from blocking on the way of a conveying system such as a distribution pipe and a valve in pneumatic conveying the powdery and granular material into a reaction furnace, and normally feeding the powdery and granular material by a cutting-out device when the powdery and granular material is fed out of a tank for blowing. SOLUTION: The action for removing the blocking of the conveying pipe 3 at an upstream side with respect to a mounting position of a flow detector 4 is performed by using a blocking removing device 6, when the abnormality in flow of the powdery and granular material 8 is detected by the flow detector 4, and the difference between a pressure measurement value by a pressure detector 5 and a pressure measured value by a pressure detector 25 becomes substantially zero. When the abnormal flow of the powdery and granular material 8 is not solved even after the action, the action for normalizing the flow of the powdery and granular material 8 is performed to the powdery and granular material feeding device 1.
