PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow structure reinforcing structure for efficiently reinforcing a hollow structure. SOLUTION: A hollow panel 1 is constituted by joining an inner panel 2 on the cabin inner side with an outer panel 3 on the cabin side in a closed condition. A reinforcement panel 4 is provided between the inner panel 2 and the outer panel 3. A corner part 11 which is a part folded substantially at a right angle along the longitudinal direction thereof is formed on the reinforcement panel 4. When a foamed base material 8 is expanded by the external heating, a second hollow area 7 formed between the outer panel 3 and the reinforcement panel 4 is filled with a foam 13, and a sectional shape keeping member 12 is arranged along the corner part 11 of the reinforcement panel 4.
