PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently subpackage using a tablet subpackaging device. SOLUTION: This tablet subpackaging device 1 is provided with drums 19, 20 formed by tubularly combining vertically long discharge channels 21, and a tablet feeder placed along each channel 21 forming the drums 19, 20, and subpackages tablets discharged from the feeder to a hopper 6 underneath the channels 21 by its subpackaging device. In addition to those for the drums 19, 20, the device 1 is provided with a preliminary tablet feeder 30, and a discharge channel 31 for dropping tablets discharged from the feeder 30 into the hopper 6. In the feeder 30, tablets for replenishment are placed, and when the decreasing number of the tablets in the tablet feeder reaches a predetermined number, tablets from the feeder 30 are discharged continuously for improved efficiency.
