PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing deck tilt by external force in a dump vehicle, which can lighten the whole of the vehicle at a low cost in simple constitution without providing a fixing device separately by devising a hydraulic circuit for expanding and contracting a dump cylinder. SOLUTION: In the dump vehicle wherein a deck 2 is carried on a car body through the dump cylinder 1, and the piston side chamber 1a of the cylinder 1 is communicated with a pressure oil supply source 3 through a supply side oil passage 7, and the rod side chamber 1b of the dump cylinder 1 is communicated with an oil tank 5 through a return side oil passage 9, a switch type check valve 20 is provided to switch a cut-off position for cutting-off the communication between the rod side chamber 1b and the oil tank 5 to a communication position to communicate the rod side chamber 1b and the oil tank 5 or vice versa. The switch type check valve 20 is constituted so as to be able to switch the cutting-off position to the communication position or vice-versa according to the changes in the pressure of the supply side oil passage 7.
