PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of a seat cushion of a seat to be greatly moved to the front side with a console portion in the cross direction of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An instrument panel 1 has a console portion 1B extending to a vertical direction. Since a front passenger seat 4 has the seat cushion 10 to be overlapped at its end on the inward side in the cross direction of the vehicle with the console portion 1B in general use for seating, when it is moved to the front side as it is, the seat cushion 10 interferes with the console portion 1B. However, the interference is prevented by the upward rocking of a side portion 10B of the seat cushion 10 on the inward side in the cross direction of the vehicle. A seat pan 16 for securing the rigidity of the seat cushion 10 to allow easy upward rocking of the side portion 10B is divided into a side pan portion 16B corresponding to the side portion 10B and the other pan portion 16A, and the pan portion 16B is connected to the pan portion 16A in a vertically rocking manner.
