<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table extremely suitable to be set in a lobby, a salon, a tearoom, a meeting space or the like and provided for use by an incoming user. <P>SOLUTION: This table T comprises a top plate 1 formed of a transparent or translucent first top plate part 11 and an opaque second top plate part 12. A space S of a prescribed height is formed between the first top plate part 11 and a table body 2 for supporting the top plate 1. A plug socket 12a for power supply or information is provided on the second top plate part 12.
