PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance speed and accuracy, carry out work machining at high hardness, mist machining and dry machining, and eliminate the runout or drift of a broach rear end. SOLUTION: The internal broach 10 is sequentially arranged with a front gripping part 11, a front guide 12, a cutting edge 14, a rear guide 16, and a rear gripping part 17. The length L2 of the rear guide is made to be the same or more than the total length L1 of the front guide and the cutting edge. A broach drawing part drawing in the front gripping part of the broach, a gripping tool holding the rear gripping part, and a support part supporting the rear guide concentrically with the drawing part so that it can axially slide are provided on the broaching machine.
