PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermodynamically stable triphase system especially usable for cosmetics and householding. SOLUTION: The triphase comprises (a) a polyethylene glycol phase containing (a1) 50-100 wt.% of at least one kind of polyethylene glycol and (a2) 0-50 wt.% of water, (b) an oily phase and (c) a microemulsion phase containing (c1) of the component of the polyethylene glycol phase (a), (c2) the component of the oily phase (b) and (c3) at least one kind of surfactant.
