PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line communication apparatus for occasionally picking environmental information and positional information for a reefer container out of a central control unit to which they are previously input, and a management system using the same. SOLUTION: The power line communication apparatus comprises a communication type relay device having a communication function using a power line and a communication function with another cable than the power line for managing transportation environmental information for the reefer container and the physical position thereof at the same time by adding positional information for the relay device to information during relay.
